With Hotjar's Trello integration, you can create a new Trello card from Recordings and Survey responses. The links to specific recordings or responses will give your team more context for the tasks they're completing. The integration can also help you create an efficient system to communicate with your team.
This integration is ready to use, and you don't have to enable it first. Here's how you can start using Trello with Hotjar:

How to create a Trello card from Recordings
Open a recording.
When you open a recording, you can watch it in the Recordings Player.
Click Share.
Click the Create Trello card icon in the lower-right corner.
Check sharing permissions
If the team members that you want to share the recording with don't have a Hotjar account, make sure to choose Anyone with this link can view instead of Only team members on Hotjar can view. You can also invite your team members to Hotjar.
If you're using this integration for the first time, you'll be redirected to the Trello authorization screen. Click Accept to connect your Trello account with Hotjar.
Fill in the details according to your Trello configuration and click Create Trello card.
How to create a Trello card from Survey responses
Go to your Survey responses.
You can find the Create Trello card button on the responses list or when you open a specific response. It looks like this:
Click the Trello card icon.
If you're using this integration for the first time, you'll be redirected to the Trello authorization screen. Click Accept to connect your Trello account with Hotjar.
Fill in the details according to your Trello configuration and click Create Trello card.
How to create a Trello card from a Highlight
Open a highlight.
Open the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner and click Create Trello card.
If you're using this integration for the first time, you'll be redirected to the Trello authorization screen. Click Accept to connect your Trello account with Hotjar.
Fill in the details according to your Trello configuration and click Create Trello card.
