Log into your LightCMS website.
Go to your Content page
Click on the Page Settings cogwheel on the right.
Click the Advanced tab.
Paste the Hotjar Tracking Code in the HTML head section.

Edit the Hotjar Tracking Code for LightCMS.
Currently, you will need to edit your Tracking Code for it to work with LightCMS. Replace the second to last line in your Tracking Code as follows:
Replace:
})(window,document,'//static.hotjar.com/c/hotjar-','.js?sv=');
With:
})(window,document,'//static.hotjar.com/c/hotjar-','.'+'js?sv=');
Click Save my changes at the bottom.
Your Hotjar Tracking Code is now installed.
Once you have added the Hotjar Tracking Code to your site, you will need to wait a few minutes for Hotjar to check if it is installed correctly. This usually happens the moment your site is loaded with the Hotjar code on it (you can visit the page yourself to speed it up). Once Hotjar has detected the Tracking Code on your site, the Recent team activity list (found on your Overview page) will show a notice like the one below:
If you don't see this change occur after a few minutes, try clearing your browser cache and visiting your website again to ensure that Hotjar can detect the visit.
Be careful not to remove your Tracking Code during website design changes
If your website undergoes a major design change check to ensure your Tracking Code is still installed. Some users find that their Tracking Code gets removed by accident during design changes.
