You must have Account Owner permissions to perform these steps. You can find out who your Account Owner is on your Team page.
This article steps through updating invoice details and downloading your Hotjar invoices. If you'd like team members other than the Account Owner to also receive billing notifications, see the Billing notifications section in our How to Manage Hotjar Notifications article. Team members that receive a billing notification will only receive an email. They will not be given access to your Invoices page which can only be accessed by the Account Owner.
How to Download an Invoice
Click your profile image and select Billing, then on the next page click Invoices.
This will take you to your Invoices page.
Next to the invoice you're interested in, click the Download icon.
A new window will open where you can download the PDF directly to your computer.
Some team members may experience issues downloading invoices when running certain browser extensions
Extensions that block advertisements, commonly Adblock or Ghostery are the main offenders. Adding Hotjar.com to your extension's allow list or accessing invoices from an Incognito window should resolve the issue.
How to Update Invoice Details
From the Invoices page, select Update Invoice Details.
