Account Owners editing their email should also update Billing notification recipients
Account Owners should add their new email address to the list of Billing notification recipients on their Invoices page to continue receiving invoices. You can find the steps for doing this in our How to Find and Download Your Invoices article.
In your profile settings, you are able to make changes to your username, password, and role.
Click on My Details in your Settings menu.
Enter supporting fields to update your details.
Do you need to reset your password?
Follow the steps in How to Reset my Password to login into your Hotjar account.
Click Save Changes.
