To help you keep track of your project costs, Engage has a Billing page for every team that keeps a history of all invoices.
Where do I find this information?
In your Hotjar dashboard, select your Profile Icon (top right of your screen), then choose the Billing Engage Interviews option.
What information is available?
Invoices: All invoices that have been generated for you and will be listed here for you to download.
Billing Address: Here, you can update your billing address if needed.
Payment details: Here, you can update your payment details if needed.
If you prefer to be quoted/invoiced first and make payment via bank transfer (rather than online), contact our Support team.
Once payment has been received, your interviews will be allocated, and you can launch your project.
