Engage sessions are video interviews between a participant (you) and one or more researchers, also commonly referred to as moderators. These sessions can be simple interviews about your habits and preferences, or the usability of a website/app while you share your screen.
What you need to participate
-
A desktop or laptop with a webcam and microphone that can handle video calls. Please don't use a mobile phone or tablet to join the call.
-
You’ll need a strong and stable internet connection that allows you to do video calls.
What to expect during the interview
-
Share your thoughts, be honest and think out loud. Don't be afraid, this isn't a test, just a friendly discussion!
-
Depending on the research project, the moderator might ask you to share your screen while interacting with their product (website, app, etc.).
-
Check the project description in your original invitation for any specific details.
