When users respond to your survey and leave their email addresses, they're giving their consent to hear back from you in the future. In this guide, we'll show you how to invite survey respondents to a user interview when they provide an email address alongside their survey response.
Inviting a user to an interview will create an Engage Interview project that includes the respondent's information pre-filled. Within the newly created Engage Interview project, you'll then be guided through the setup steps. This includes configuring the project's settings, such as your availability, compensation for the interview, and more.
To use this feature, you need an active Survey and responses to the survey containing the respondent's email address. Also be aware of the interview invitation limits based on your Engage subscription.
