What happens to my data after my free trial?
All data that you collected during your free trial will remain in your account in line with our Data Retention Policy.
How can I use the free Basic plan after my trial ends?
If you'd prefer to use the free Basic plan for the Ask and/or Observe products, select the Basic plan using the dropdown menu for the relevant product and site. You can then click Continue to checkout to continue to payment for any paid subscriptions you're keeping. If you'd like to downgrade all your Sites to the free Basic plan for both Ask and Observe, click on Downgrade to Basic.
The Basic plan will still allow you to keep the data you collected during your free trial.
How do I choose a paid plan?
If you've not entered your payment details, then when your free trial ends you'll be shown a window that lets you select your preferred plan. Based on your usage during the trial period, we'll recommend the right plan for Ask and Observe, however you can also select a different plan if you'd prefer.
After choosing your Ask and Observe plans, you can continue to payment by clicking on Continue to checkout.
