Admins can only edit Site names, Account Owners can edit the names of both Organizations and Sites

It's possible to change your Organization's name or to edit your Site's information, such as Site name, the Site's URL, the legal name for your Site, and the privacy policy URL for your Site. The legal name and the privacy policy URL can both appear in your surveys.
How can I change my Organization's name?
Visit your Sites & Organizations page.
Click on the dropdown menu to the right hand side of the Organization and select Edit Organization.
Enter the new Organization name and click Update to confirm the changes.
How can I change my Site's information?
Visit your Sites & Organizations page.
Click on the site settings gear icon 
to visit the site settings page.
Click the dropdown menu for Site information.
From here, you can update:
- Site name
- Site URL
- Industry / Sector
- Legal name
- Site privacy policy URL
Click Save changes to confirm the update.
