You must have Account Owner permissions or Delegated Billing permissions to perform these steps.
Hotjar allows you to make yearly payments by manual invoice or automatically through your Subscriptions page. The billing cycle selected, either monthly or yearly, applies to your entire account and all Sites with a paid plan will be charged at that time. When changing your billing cycle from monthly to yearly in the middle of a current billing cycle, Hotjar will bill for a full one year subscription at that point and the one year subscription will start from that date
When yearly payments are set up in-app on the Subscriptions page with a credit card or PayPal, a 20% discount prior to VAT is added to your bill. This discount applies even if you're receiving a bundle discount for having a paid plan for both Observe and Ask in-app with a credit card or PayPal. Check out our Payment Methods article for an overview of all payment options.
Yearly payment is non-reversible
Once you move to yearly payments, you will not have the option to revert back to monthly payments until the year billing cycle is completed.
