On 28th September 2018 at 15:37 CEST / 08:37 EST, our engineers identified an issue which was causing a reduction in the amount of funnel data we were processing.
Why did this issue occur?
A server configuration change resulted in not all the data getting processed as scheduled.
What effect did this issue have on my site?
There was no effect on our users’ sites.
What effect did this issue have on my data?
There was a brief time in which funnels didn't show all the applicable data, but this has since been resolved and funnels are back up to date.
What are we doing to ensure it doesn’t happen again?
We fixed the configuration issue, and are working to refactor the funnels tool to be less sensitive to server changes going forwards.
