Why did this issue occur?
Incoming data from websites which populates Recordings, Forms, and Heatmaps, are temporarily stored in one of multiple servers. Once a visitor session ends, the data is processed and stored. One of those servers struggled to process the incoming data fast enough and a queue built up, eventually resulting in the server needing to be restarted, with the data being lost.
