Start a new Survey.
Add Survey Title and Description.
The title and description section cover what customers see before they complete the survey. Keep them both very clear and let people know what to expect.
Write a Thank You note.
A default Thank You message is already pre-filled, but you can tailor it to your audience.
Add the NPS question.
Select Add Question and choose the Net Promoter Score® option. Write in your NPS® question and toggle the REQUIRED field on.
Add follow-up questions.
Select Add Question, but this time go for the Long text answer option. Toggle the question to REQUIRED if you need all respondents to answer it. Repeat as required to add all your questions.
Set status to Active and click Create Survey.
You can hit Preview before activation to proofread your survey for typos before making it live.
That's it! You just created an NPS survey that’s ready to email to customers. Once your Survey has been filled in, you can view the Survey responses and your Net Promoter Score will automatically be calculated.
The Survey will only show once regardless of whether or not the user closed the invitation or answered the Survey. If you'd like more than one answer from the user, check out How to Setup your NPS Poll.
