On 2019-07-09 at 08:15 CEST / 02:15 EST, our engineers identified an issue which was causing some screenshots to fail. The investigation subsequently revealed delays in processing data for Recordings, Heatmaps and Funnels. We have now resolved this issue.

Between 08:30 CEST 10:00 CEST:
- Newly created Heatmaps failed to be created correctly.
- Creation of new recordings were delayed
- Updates to funnels were delayed
Normal service was restored from 10:00 CEST and processing of Recordings, Heatmaps and Funnels resumed. Data collection was not affected during the incident and we have subsequently begun to process data collected during the period.
