On the 9th of September 2019 at 10:50 CEST / 04:50 EDT, our engineers identified an issue with recordings not being created correctly for certain Sites.
What effect does this issue have on my data?
This issue specifically happened due to a change in the way we store recordings. It only happened for Sites that were created between the 4th September 12:10 CEST and 6th September 13:15 CEST, but created by an Account that was registered before the update (4th September 12:24 CEST).
For those sites, the recordings were not being created correctly and will not play back, nor can be recovered.
