Terms of Service
Hotjar's Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are a legal agreement between You as the user and Hotjar Limited, a private limited liability company registered under the Laws of Malta with company number C65490.

Data Processing Agreement
In the course of providing our service, Hotjar may process personal data on your behalf. In order to outline specifics of how we will perform this processing and what our obligations are as well as the obligations of our users/customers we’ve developed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that is incorporated by reference into Hotjar's Terms of Service and form part of your Agreement with Hotjar.
Acceptable Use Policy
Hotjar’s behavior analytics software is designed for any business selling online. We make it easy to go beyond traditional web analytics and understand what users are really doing on your site.
