Hotjar's Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are a legal agreement between You as the user and Hotjar Limited, a private limited liability company registered under the Laws of Malta with company number C65490.

At Hotjar, we believe we have a responsibility to protect privacy and to offer tools to safeguard data so that trust between website owners, prospects, and customers can be assured and maintained.

Hotjar has a very balanced mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We sign NDAs with potential and current users/customers and suppliers as needed free of charge. In doing so we commit to safeguarding their confidential information as laid down in the provisions of the NDA.

Data Processing Agreement
In the course of providing our service, Hotjar may process personal data on your behalf. In order to outline specifics of how we will perform this processing and what our obligations are as well as the obligations of our users/customers we’ve developed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that we enter into free of charge with anyone that uses our service and requests it.
